1 tbsp olive oil
800 gm lamb strips
2 onions, sliced
40 gm mccormick’s mix
200 gm mushroom, sliced
400 ml water
1 tbsp bbq sauce
1/4 cup spring onions
- Heat oil in large inner pot and cook onion till translucent.
- Add lamb, brown and remove. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- In mixing bowl combine McCormick’s mix, mushrooms, water and BBQ sauce.
- Return lamb to pot and pour mix over lamb.
- Bring pot to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Before serving sprinkle with spring onions.
- Cook for 2 hours.
HINT … Garnish with chopped spring onions on a bed of mash.
